Pilates

Yesterday I went to my very first Pilates class and I thoroughly enjoyed it (even though I probably didn't get as much out of it as the more experienced people there). It was the fastest exercise hour I've ever done! You know how usually when you've had enough, the rest of the session just drags on and on, well not once did I feel this way, in fact I think I could have quite easily gone another hour and felt the same way!

I'm obviously not using my "core" muscles yet as I'm still trying to remember everything all at once and I was probably still quite tense throughout, but I spoke to the instructor afterwards and she assured me that everything would fall into place in a few weeks or so - watch this space!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! It's supposed to be a very good form of exercise. I'd love to try it someday. Oh, and I would LOVE a pair of socks!!! :) Thanks so much for the offer!

I meant to comment sooner.....better now than never though. I Love Pilates!!! I have been doing it for just over 2 years and wouldn't think of stopping for the world!!!!! It will all fall into place and the routines will become easier and that's when they bump your springs up......
