They like you to take no more than 12 minutes when giving blood, but I always manage to do it in 6. Now I don't know if I should be worrying or thrilled, actually!
Another bit of news, lost a pound at Weight Watchers last night. I always lose slowly so it came as no surprise that it was just one pound, but hey, it's all going in the right direction isn't it?!
