Rebecca passed her violin exam! Yippee!! I knew she'd do it! The confidence boost its given her is incredible!
Other news ~ Gary is handing his notice in on Friday, taking a week off and then starting work with his friend, Paul on the 13th. I don't think he's sleeping very well for nerves and/or excitement, but we're all pretty sure that he's made the right decision as there's big changes afoot coming in the Council over the next year or two and I don't think it's going to be for the better either.
Thanks to everyone who posted about Middy ~ I couldn't really capture how sparkly she is, but trust me, she's a proper little stunner in real life.
My next start will be Mirabilia's Deepest Love and Queen Mermaid on the same piece of fabric, plus Galatea when she arrives. I'll post some wip's when I've got something to show. I'm still reading HP7 though and thoroughly enjoying it. I'm not rushing it as I want to savour it until the last page, so bear with me if the wip's are a bit scant this week.
I'm on leave next week though so I should be able to show you *something* !

Hey! That's great news about Rebecca's violin exam! I hope it spurs her on :) Good luck for your hubby's new job too and enjoy HP7, I'm on book 2 now after starting again! Can't wait to see your WIPs, enjoy your week off, hope the sun shines :)
