My daugher will be 12 tomorrow. She was born on Midsummer's Day or Fairy Day to those on the HAED Forum. I can't believe it ... 12! She's changing so much now, growing into a little woman. I still think of her as a little girl but when we talk, we have such adult conversations these days and that's when it hits home that she's growing up.
Tonight she's having a sleepover (more like a wakeover) with three of her friends. Can you imagine four girlys nattering all night? Oh what deep joy ...
Goodness knows what state we'll all be in tomorrow. Watch this space!

Happy Birthday to Rebecca!! My nephew is 12, too, and it is certainly an age where the "little boy" changes into a "little man." It's both wonderful and sad at the same time.
