Craig y Nos

When we were on leave a couple of weeks ago, we visited Craig y Nos Country Park which is quite near us, but far enough away to give the car a good run, if you see what I mean!

There's a lovely lake there plus a river running right through the park (which of course, Rebecca had to try and cross and promptly slipped off the rock and into the water ... soaking wet her feet were!)

Whilst walking around the lake, we found this egg just lying on the path ...



It was stone cold and obviously just left there which is a shame, but that's nature I suppose.
